Owner & Graphic Designer
Thanks for stopping by! I'm Amy Wolfe, a dynamic visual communications professional whose writing and graphic design expertise invites, engages, and compels audiences to make visceral connections to ideas, products, and services.
I’ve worked in the field of marketing communications for 26 years in various capacities. During my time as a student at Old Dominion University, I served as the arts and theater editor for a weekly student-run newspaper. During an eighteen-month-long public affairs internship with NASA, I crafted and implemented a successful public affairs plan for a sounding rocket launch, then launched into my first professional job as a public relations assistant at Square D Company. After two years, I left Square D to start my own desktop publishing and graphic design company, Desktop Productions, which I ran both full- and part-time while raising my two children. From 2008-2012, I served Louisburg College as their director of marketing communications, and then as their director of publications from 2012-2016. I currently own and operate Amy Wolfe Designs from my home office and enjoy working with a diverse client base.
